En contrat pour notre adoucisseur depuis 8ans, nous sommes très satisfaits d'Aquasoft. Nous sommes appelés chaque année pour prendre le rdv d'entretien, même pas besoin d'y penser. Malika est très efficace et arrangeante. Lionel qui s'occupe de la maintenance des appareils connaît son métier et ses produits sur le bout des doigts et il donne de précieux conseils. Nous allons probablement investir pour un osmoseur auprès d'Aquasoft car il a su me l'expliquer bien en détail. Je recommande cette entreprise

Des entrepreneurs honnêtes et humains comme on n’en fait plus, des techniciens consciencieux et agréables, un produit hors pair pour des tarifs plus que raisonnable comparé à ceux de la concurrence. Mon seul regret ne pas avoir trouvé cette boutique Aqua Soft plus tôt. Si vous hésitez, n’hésitez plus, foncez, je vous garantis que vous ne serez jamais déçu par leurs services!

Responsable incompétent qui recherche des excuses pour défendre les erreurs qui reconnaît lui même au lieu de trouver de vrais solutions. Je plains la pauvre secrétaire très adorable qui en prend plein la tronche à cause d’une équipe très loin d’être professionnel. Travail bâclé. Bon courage aux client qui auront un problème avec eux.

Malika adorable et hyper réactive, le boss également, qui a installé rapidement et parfaitement bien mon appareil ( ainsi que l’osmoseur). Plaisir de boire une eau aussi pure que l’eau des montagnes de mon enfance ! Plus aucun calcaire nul part dans la maison, la peau douce sous la douche !

My husband was received on the phone by a charming lady who took the time to give him numerous explanations concerning the maintenance of a water softener installed 20 years ago.

The technician who came to take care of repairing the softener was very friendly and patient in explaining to me what he had done.
